Moderator / Community Support

Keep the community safe, welcoming and fair while helping players solve problems.

Handle reports, tickets and player questions
Review evidence and document staff actions
De-escalate conflicts calmly and impartially

Builder

Create memorable locations that match the established Towny Reborn visual style.

Build spawns, event areas and decorative environments
Work with WorldEdit/FAWE and schematics
Accept feedback and complete revisions reliably

Developer / Technical Staff

Maintain stable systems and turn new ideas into safe, tested server features.

Develop or configure Paper and Velocity systems
Diagnose logs, bugs and performance issues
Use backups, testing and rollback procedures

Content & Events Team

Give players fresh reasons to explore, compete, cooperate and return to the server.

Plan original events for the 1:500 Earth world
Write announcements, guides and community content
Collect feedback and improve future activities

No. Relevant experience helps, but good judgment, honesty, consistency and a willingness to learn can be just as important.

Can I apply for more than one role?

Choose your strongest role in the form. You can also select the flexible option if you are open to a recommendation from the team.

When will I receive a response?

Selected applicants are contacted through Discord. Please do not message staff members asking for application updates.

Are staff positions paid?

No. Current Towny Reborn staff positions are voluntary community roles.

What happens if I do not have a public portfolio?

You can describe your experience or explain what you would create for a practical test. Portfolio fields are optional.
